We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of recieving them Monday to Friday but due to the impact of Covid-19 these despatch times may be greater in some cases. You will recieve an email notification when your order has been despatched with a Royal Mail Tracking Number.

Royal Mail tracking numbers have been slow to update in recent months so rest assured if you have been issued a tracking number then your package has been despatched. 99% of our First Class orders are delivered with 2 working days with the vast majority taking 1 working day.

Charges on your bank statement will appear as "SP * ABS HOLDINGS"

Europe & Islands: 


Royal Mail 1st Class - £7.95 

Tracked and Signed For - Usually takes 3-5 working Days ships via Royal Mail and all deliveries will require a signature upon arrival.

Please note: All postage and packaging charges are made in GBP Sterling (£).


Please note:

  • We are no longer able to deliver to Russia. 
  • Any orders placed to countries not listed will be cancelled and refunded.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to decline orders which request delivery to certain addresses including schools and places of worship.
  • When an order is returned to us after an attempted delivery, you will receive a refund for the value of the order minus the shipping costs.
  • If you decide to order again, delivery charges will apply as normal.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that any items purchased are legal in the country of delivery.
  • Prowler RED is not responsible for any orders delayed by incorrect information given at checkout, so please ensure you enter all information correctly.

    Returns & Replacements

    The Prowler RED website accepts unwanted items for refund or exchange for up to 30 days. All we ask is that these products are unopened, unused or unworn as appropriate.
    Faulty items will be replaced or exchanged up to 30 days after purchase unless otherwise stated in the product specification. In all cases you will need to contact us by email to tell us the details of your return and provide your order number, this will ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible.

    You will be required to cover the cost of return postage for unwanted items but in the case of faulty or defective items we will reimburse you for the postage so please ensure you get a receipt. When exchanging an item you will be required to cover the cost of return postage but we will ship your first exchange per order back to you free of charge. 

    Please also ensure you get a free certificate of posting from the Post Office upon dispatch and keep this in a safe place. We cannot accept responsibility for any items returned without a certificate of posting. Should your unwanted item be returned to us in an unsanitary, opened or used condition, we will have no choice but to decline your refund and return the item to you.

    Some products are exempt from your right to return once they have been opened, used or worn. This includes, but is not limited to:

    The above returns policy is only valid for purchases made through the Prowler RED website and does not necessarily apply to purchases made in our retail store. Please contact our store if you require more information on in-store returns.

    Depending on the current conversion rates, you may be charged a slightly different amount than what’s calculated on our website by your card provider.
