Make Your Own Silicone Replica – In 20 Minutes

Each BananaKit includes 200g of crystalline silica-free moulding alginate, 300g of medical-grade silicone with mica colour powder, a 10-mode bullet vibrator, 2× latex sheets, and 2× elastic bands — all housed in an extra-wide cylinder (8 cm / 3.15 in diameter) that fits any size up to 30 cm / 11.81 in. The anti-spill system keeps the process clean from start to finish.

Available in three finishes: deep matte Black, warm natural Brown, and lifelike flesh-tone Pink. Refills for both alginate and silicone are available separately if you want to cast again or try a different colour.

How to Make Your Replica – Step by Step

  1. Step 1 — Take the two latex sheets and make a cut in the centre of each: approximately 3/4 cm (0.3 in) on one sheet and 2 cm (0.79 in) on the other.
  2. Step 2 — Seal one end of the cylinder using the latex sheet with the larger cut and both elastic bands.
  3. Step 3 — Fill a container (approx. 2 litres / 67 fl oz capacity) with 800 ml (27 fl oz) of lukewarm tap water.
  4. Step 4 — Open the alginate tube, remove the vibrator, and pour the entire contents into the water. Mix well for around 30 seconds.
  5. Step 5 — Insert your erect penis into the cylinder through the latex opening, ensuring no part touches the walls of the tube.
  6. Step 6 — Pour all the alginate mixture in from the top until fully covered. Hold steady while it sets.
  7. Step 7 — Once the alginate has hardened, gently withdraw from the cylinder.
  8. Step 8 — Slide the inner tube into the outer cylinder to support the mould and prevent it from deforming.
  9. Step 9 — Pour both silicone jars into a bowl and mix for approximately 1 minute until smooth. Add the mica colour powder and mix until fully incorporated.
  10. Step 10 — Pour the silicone mixture slowly into the mould to avoid air bubbles. Do not fill completely.
  11. Step 11 — Seal the top with the second latex sheet and elastic band, then insert the bullet vibrator through the cut in the latex.
  12. Step 12 — Wait 20 minutes before removing your replica from the mould. Wash with soap and water before use.
