How to Use
Always add powder to water — never water to powder. Mix in a bottle or sports bottle following the instructions on the label. To mix in a bowl: fill with warm water and slowly stir in the powder with a fork. Stir occasionally until fully dissolved — ready to use after 20–30 minutes, best consistency after 1 hour. Do not use a blender or mechanical mixer. Store powder in a cool, dry place.
